Thesis/Project/Dissertation Review & Submission Dates

Check-Ins are for students who are graduating in the current semester to submit their Culminating Experience. Students must have completed the mandatory format workshop prior to submitting their Culminating Experience. Registration opens on November 10, at 9:00 a.m. and closes on December 3 at 4:30 p.m. Appointment dates and times are from December 1-4, from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and December 5, from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Final deadline to submit your Thesis/Project/Dissertation is December 5 at 3:00 p.m.

Feeling under the weather? Here’s how to handle cold, flu & COVID season

Don't panic this cold, flu, and COVID season! If you have mild symptoms like a sore throat, runny nose, or fever under 101°, stay home, rest, hydrate, monitor symptoms, and wash your hands often. Manage fever/pain with low-cost, over-the-counter medications (Ibuprofen or Tylenol) available at the Pharmacy. If you have a productive cough, shortness of breath, persistent fever, or symptoms over 10 days, make an appointment at SHCWS, visit Urgent Care, or for after-hours care, use TimelyCare.

Need food support? The BNRC can help if CalFresh benefits are delayed

CalFresh benefits may be delayed statewide in November due to the continued federal government shutdown. This affects only payment timing, not eligibility. When the federal government reopens, any delayed November benefits will be issued retroactively to your EBT card. No one will lose benefits due to the shutdown. If you’re affected by this or need food support for any reason, visit the BNRC for food, clothing, parenting items, and other resources, including CalFresh and housing support.
