Construction on our latest custom home in Grey Oaks will be complete this month. This two-story residence will boast four bedrooms and four and two half baths with nearly 10,000 total square feet. The entrance includes a large paved motor court with east and west two car garages, and a breezeway leading into the private owner’s entry.

The project will feature architectural design by Kukk Architecture, as well as custom cabinetry and interior design by EDGE.

Our team’s work has been featured in Florida Design Magazine’s latest issue. The award-winning home showcased in this feature is located in Quail West and sports a comfortable, livable design with matte black and gold color accents. In collaboration with EDGE, the result is a home timeless for years to come.

Building Dreams Foundation raises over $140,000

The second annual Golf Scramble hosted by the Building Dreams Foundation, held on Thursday, October 26, raised more than $140,000 to support local charities. Funds raised will benefit the lives of underprivileged families in Southwest Florida through affordable housing and education opportunities. We are extremely grateful for the amazing turnout and participation in this event!

John Plecki, our remodel manager, has been in the Southwest Florida construction industry for the last 25 years. In his position, John collaborates directly with the remodeling team on front-end renovation scopes of work, estimating with the purchasing department and client relations. In his free time, you can find John enjoying his new life as a empty nester as he celebrates his kids graduating college.
