Thank you to everyone who attended this event! We know that negotiating a job offer can feel daunting, but our incredible panel of USC faculty helped demystify the process! Thank you to Prof. Bruna Klein (PSYC), Prof. Luke Fidler (AHIS), and Prof. Derrick Morton (MOL) for sharing their insights on salary negotiations, evaluating offers, and advocating for fair compensation. With over 75 attendees joining in person and on Zoom, this was a valuable conversation for our Ph.D. students preparing for the next step in their careers!

Thank you to everyone who joined our Networking Workshop! We had an incredible session with Ariadne Cheng (USC Career Center), who shared valuable networking strategies, resources, and tips to help our first-year Dornsife Ph.D. students build meaningful connections. After the talk, students participated in an interactive networking activity where they exchanged skills, insights, and support with their peers. It was amazing to see so many connections being made! We hope you all had fun and left with new contacts and opportunities!
