Dear Ones,
This month we learn and worship about liberation! Here’s a morsel about the deep freedom of knowing we are held in expansive connection. That our very words bind us in relationship even to the ocean. That our song matters to the waves. That this is one way we can know liberation.
Even though the author is from landlocked Arizona, it seems especially fitting for those of us here on the edge of the Pacific Ocean:

This poem could be used as a mealtime prayer, a morning blessing to set intention for the day, or pinned up on the wall somewhere you might enjoy encountering it at home.
