AOQF 

 
 

     Become an AOQF Peer Reviewer

 
Interested in becoming an AOQF Peer Reviewer?  For completing three accurate and timely AOQF course reviews, earn $500 in travel funds, professional development funds, and extra compensation.  To be eligible, you must have completed APPQMR, taught an online class in the last year, and completed the AOQF Peer Reviewer Workshop in D2L.  Submit your application to become a peer reviewer today!
 

     AOQF Course Submission Dates

 
If you plan on submitting a Spring 2026 course to be peer reviewed through the AOQF program, please follow these Course Review Submission Deadlines: Spring A – February 6th, Full Spring – March 6th, Spring B – April 10th. Please visit our AOQF webpage for more information, including details on how to become a peer reviewer.
 

Instructional Technology Tool Updates

 
 

LockDown Browser

Please inform your students that a new version of LockDown Browser is now available. Advise them to update the software on their devices to ensure compatibility and a smooth exam experience.

 

Testing Integrity Tools

If you previously used Honorlock for a face-to-face exam, please:  

  • Remove any Honorlock-related code from the quiz description in D2L.
  • Delete the Honorlock password from the D2L quiz settings.
  • Update your syllabus, course announcements, and other materials

If you need assistance transitioning from Honorlock to LockDown Browser for your face-to-face course, please don't hesitate to contact the Distance Education Support Desk.

Camtasia is an all-in-one screen recorder and video editor, perfect for developing polished video lessons, tutorials, and presentations with interactive elements like quizzes. Need help getting a License? If it’s not already loaded on your device you can request software installation through Govstech. Contact Distance Education at online@apsu.edu for assistance on any roadblocks you might have getting started.
 

Zoom Clean Up

 
Time to Clean! Keep your Zoom recordings and whiteboards organized. Regularly review and delete anything you no longer need. Staying organized helps reduce storage and keeps everything tidy!
