Zymology, President Nathan Wild
What is Zymology? Zymology is an applied science that studies the biochemical process of fermentation and its practical uses. In the spring of 2024, Olin Bear and Mead Society merged with Olin Wine Club. Students, yes, enjoy a variety of social outings, including a robust selection of beverages, but the club also incorporates the study of supply chain, consulting, creation, and broader social impact of diverse brewers and wine distributors.
