Happy Loyola Week, Wolf Pack!
Here are your 5 Things to Know for this week!

1. Relationships: Discovering Beauty in Brokenness
Today, in the St. Charles Room, from 10 am - 3 pm, we will take broken clay pots and lovingly piece them back together, transforming what was once shattered into something beautiful and meaningful. As we reconnect each piece, we will reflect on the beauty that can be found in our own brokenness and the ways God uses our imperfections, experiences, and relationships to create something new. Together, we will discover that our broken places do not diminish our worth. Instead, when joined together through faith, love, and community, they reveal a hidden beauty that reminds us we are stronger, more beautiful, and more complete together. For questions or accommodations, email getinvolved@loyno.edu.

2. Loyola Week Reflection
On Tuesday, in the Magis Lounge, from 6 - 7 pm, join the Catholic Student Community in the Magis Lounge to share a meal and experience the meditative practice of Ignatian Contemplation with University Minister Sarah Beth and Fr. Mark Mossa. For questions or accommodations, email getinvolved@loyno.edu.

3. Iggy Cup
On Wednesday from 6 - 8 pm, join Campus Rec and Athletics, in the Res Quad, for a celebration of our physical health through some friendly competition. St. Ignatius taught that well-ordered physical exercise and caring for the body are acts of prayer and stewardship that please God and better equip the soul to serve. The “Iggy Cup” will feature a field day competition between teams from Res Halls, Greek Life, Faculty/Staff, and Commuter Students. There's still time to register for a team if you'd like to join the fun. For questions or accommodations, email campusrec@loyno.edu.

4. Beignets and Bonding
On Thursday, from 4:30 - 6 pm, join the Student Life and Ministry team and the Office of Residential Life in either the Res Quad, or the Cabra Hall lobby. This is an opportunity to build community for the celebration of Loyola Week by "breaking bread", enjoying beignets together, and writing thank you notes to friends, family, and others in your support system. As we enjoy beignets and sharing gratitude to those in our community, we will heighten our sense of belonging and share love to our support system! For questions or accommodations, email getinvolved@loyno.edu.

5. Birthday Party for St. Ignatius of Loyola
On Friday from 6:30 - 8:30 pm, celebrate Iggy’s Birthday with SGA’s University Programming Board in the OR Lounge. The Loyola community is invited to enjoy music, dancing, games, food, and more! Activities will include Pin the Cannonball on Iggy, Jesuit Jeopardy, and other birthday-themed activities. For questions or accommodations, email getinvolved@loyno.edu.
