Dear Tulane Community,
Parking and transportation are a critical part of our daily experience. Over the past year, the Parking and Transportation team has been engaged in thoughtful dialogue with the parking committee of the University Senate. As a result, we have hired an external firm, Walker Consultants, to conduct a parking study of the uptown campus and plan a path forward to best use resources and improve the overall quality of campus life. The final aspect of the parking study is a survey to gather feedback about your experience with parking.
You can access the survey here until Friday, February 2, at midnight.
Your invaluable feedback will have a significant impact on the future of parking and transportation at Tulane. Using this survey, you will be able to anonymously share your thoughts and concerns regarding campus parking and transportation. The external firm will collect and analyze all the qualitative and quantitative data and develop recommendations based on your feedback.
So far, the consultants have met with the project steering committee, stakeholders, campus leadership, and focus groups representative of faculty, staff, and students. We want to make sure that everyone in the campus community has a say in the process, which is why we are sending you the parking and transportation survey.
Remember, the survey will close on Friday, February 2, at midnight.
Please take 10 minutes to fill out the survey and engage in this vital process that will help shape Tulane’s future. We look forward to learning from your feedback.
Thank you for your participation,
Patrick Norton, Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer/Treasurer
Brian Johnson, Associate Vice President for Campus Operations
