2025 W-2s are Now Available

If you have selected to receive your W-2 electronically, it’s now available in Banner! To access your W-2 follow, these steps:

  1. Login to Banner SSB
  2. Select Employee
  3. Employee Dashboard
  4. Select Taxes
  5. W-2 Wage and Tax Statement

If you have not selected the electronic version, you will receive your W-2 in the mail.

If you would like to sign up for an electronic copy, you can still do so by selecting the Electronic Regulatory Consent link.

Important: Employees with Overtime Wages

To access your overtime wages for 2025 please follow these steps:

  1. Login to Banner SSB
  2. Select Employee
  3. Employee Dashboard
  4. Earnings
  5. Earnings by date range
  6. Update the dates From: Jan. 2025 and To: Dec. 2025
  7. Select the drop down for Overtime to access the hours and gross pay.
