Summer Choir
Rehearse 9:45 a.m.
Sing for the 11:00 a.m. Service

Come sing with us!

If you are a rising ninth grader or older, we would love for you to try the Summer Choir. We rehearse each Sunday in the Chancel and sing for the service. You do not have to be with us each Sunday. Sing when you are in town.

If you have wanted to give the choir a try, now is your chance. We'll be glad to see (and hear) you!

For more info, please contact John Semingson, johns@nashvillewpc.org.or Dale Nickell, dnickell@nashvillewpc.org

Hearing, Trusting, and Obeying the One Word of God: Learning
from the Barmen Declaration Today

"The Theological Declaration of Barmen was unanimously
adopted by the First Confessional Synod of the German
Evangelical Church, held in Barmen, May 29-31, 1934, in order
to withstand the errors of the “German Christians” and the
Reich Church government. It was the theological basis of the
"Confessing Church," which resisted Hitler's growing control
over German churches. It has become a marker of faithful Church witness since that
time and is part of the Presbyterian Church (USA) Book of Confessions. What does it
have to say to us today?"
