With fall break around the corner, I know you are ready for some well-deserved time off! Whether you are traveling to see friends and family or staying in Austin, make sure to take some time to practice self-care as you prepare for the end of the semester. Take a walk through the University's Longhorn Lights, catch up on your favorite show or pick up an old hobby that you've been neglecting.

Once you're back from break, take advantage of the events below to get some writing done, fuel up for finals week and engage in career preparation. There are so many resources and opportunities available to graduate students. We also archive these messages on our website, so you can come back to these resources whenever you may need them during your time at UT.
As always, if you have ideas about additional information you would like to see in future newsletters, let us know. We’d love to hear from you at graduateschool@austin.utexas.edu.
Sincerely,
