Please be aware that beginning this month, the pool cleaning schedule will be changing to 8am-10am on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Pools Closed for Shock Treatment & Cleaning this Sunday, 5/3 |
We'd like to remind you that our pools will be temporarily closed this Sunday, May 3rd for essential maintenance, including a complete shock treatment and cleaning. This necessary procedure ensures that our facilities remain safe and enjoyable for everyone.
The pools will be open as usual the following day, Monday, May 4th.

Get a quick overview of what the Pilates Reformer is, how it feels and what it can do for you. This 30-minute demo will get you on the Reformer and have you go through a few of the Pilates basics. Open to those that have never done Pilates Reformer.

Live Actively with Pilates |
Intro to the Reformer 3-Week Series |

This introductory series will show you the benefits of the Pilates Reformer. Engage, strengthen and stretch your body from the core out. You will leave each session feeling strong and revitalized.

Week 1 Learn the building blocks of Pilates Reformer: footwork, supine arm/core work and feet in straps.
- Week 2 Begin to sample how you can work the total body utilizing the box as an accessory to the Reformer.
- Week 3 Put it all together, as well as trying out another accessory that is guaranteed to make your heart happy, the jumpboard.

Cost for three 1-hour sessions:
Members: $90
Non-Members: $135
