Nailed it!

It's been a (insert adjective here) semester. Which adjective did you choose? Was it great? Challenging? Unprecedented? Mildy precedented? Adventurous? Reaffirming? Whatever adjective you chose, guess who crushed it this semester. You!
Go ahead and look in the mirror and reflect on the epic visage of a champion. Take a deep breath and smile. Seriously, take a moment for yourself and know that you made a difference and that you are appreciated. This semester was (insert adjective here) and you nailed it!
We're certainly not the only ones who think you nailed it. We recently wrapped the first annual Student Affairs Week of Gratitude, and while it was cold outside, you warmed our hearts. By the end of the week, more than 90 cards were handcrafted. That's more than 90 pieces of evidence that people all over Student Affairs think that their colleagues are indeed, nailing it.
All of those absolute slam dunks must have made you slightly ready for a respite. Hopefully, you get a chance to rest in the coming weeks. We know that you've earned a break. Thank you again for all that you do and all that you are.

Nodding approvingly in your direction,

Max
