April at the farmers' market can't be BEET! Read on to see what's in season, what we have going on for Second Saturday & Sunday, and so much more!

April is also Earth Month, and one of the very best ways you can help our environment is by supporting LOCAL and shopping at the farmers' market. Farmers' market produce is better for you AND the environment, because it doesn't have to be shipped from far away, and our farmers and ranchers make sure to follow sustainable practices that don't damage the land or our natural ecosystem.

If you don't have residential compost service, make sure to take advantage of our FREE community compost program every Saturday at our Lakeline market! Thanks to all of you, we are now diverting four full 64-gallon compost carts of organic waste from landfills EVERY week.

Join us every Saturday at Lakeline from 9am-1pm and every Sunday at Mueller from 10am-2pm!

Field Guide Festival is taking place on April 20th, 2024 at Fiesta Garden, and this year Texas Farmers' Market will be at the festival running the Farmers' Market Bodega! Stop by to shop from a curated selection of farmers' market goods including fresh produce and specialty items from our market vendors who are participating in the festival. If you don't have your tickets yet hurry up and reserve them now! 
Applications for Farmshare's Fall 2024 Farmer Starter class have been extended through April 15th! 
Farmer Starter is an immersive farmer training program on a working, certified organic, diversified vegetable farm designed to provide aspiring farmers with the essential skills and training needed to manage a sustainable farming business.
