Ragsdale Road Blasting. Last month, Cleary Construction began work on the Ragsdale Road widening project, and in the coming months, the company will have to blast through rock. The company will follow the blasting guidelines set by the Tennessee State Fire Marshal’s Office, which were developed to prevent damage to nearby structures. If you have concerns or complaints about blasting, contact the State Fire Marshal at 615-741-7190 or submit a complaint at this link.
