2026 New Orleans Book Festival at Tulane University |
Thank you for joining us on Tulane’s uptown campus for the fifth annual New Orleans Book Festival, held March 12-15. More than 20,000 attendees visited campus for this year’s festival. We appreciate everyone who came out to engage in conversations, hear from a wide range of speakers and connect with fellow readers. Your participation made this event a success, and we look forward to welcoming you back for the sixth annual festival on March 11-14, 2027.

Tulane University student volunteers will lead a litter cleanup in the neighborhoods around the uptown campus on Saturday, April 11, as part of the annual Love the Boot litter sweep. Participants will collect debris along the Broadway corridor and into the Carrollton neighborhood and can be recognized by this year’s red Love the Boot t-shirts.
Tulane partners with Keep Louisiana Beautiful each year for their Love the Boot Week, supporting cleanup efforts, surveys and waste audits to reduce litter. The event is hosted by the Office of Sustainability and Office of Fraternity and Sorority Programs.

Great Writers Series featuring George Saunders |
The Carole Barnette Boudreaux ’65 Great Writers Series will welcome Booker Prize-winning author George Saunders for a public talk on Thursday, April 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Lavin-Bernick Center, Kendall Cram Room 213. A reception and book signing will follow the talk. The event is free and open to the Tulane community and the public.

Rock, Mineral and Fossil Sale at Tulane Earth Day Festival |
Tulane University Earth Science Club will host a rock, mineral and fossil sale as part of the Tulane Earth Day Festival on Saturday, April 11, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 29 McAlister Drive. The sale serves as a semesterly fundraiser and will feature a variety of natural specimens available for purchase at a dedicated festival booth. The event is open to the public.

| Tulane Athletics this Month |
Cheer on the Tulane Green Wave Baseball team this month at Greer Field in Turchin Stadium on Friday, April 10, at 6:30 p.m. against the East Carolina University Pirates.

Online Concern Report Form |
Tulane has a centralized online report form for complaints and concerns, which is the primary, and preferred, method for submitting any report of concern about a student's behavior, including but not limited to conduct that may violate the Code of Student Conduct.
This system allows for efficient routing of concerns to the appropriate office, as well as tracking follow-through on those concerns. Neighbors are welcome to file complaints or concerns using the online system and should select "Neighborhood Relations Concern" under the "Type of Concern."
