We invite community members to join us for an update on the rezoning plan, including conditions placed on the project by the Metro Planning Department and the Nashville Department of Transportation (NDOT), as well as other concessions Vanderbilt made to further address neighborhood feedback.

Vanderbilt plans to transform underutilized land on the western side of campus into a dynamic, livable innovation neighborhood with an estimated 300% increase in green and public space, a projected 175% increase in the tree canopy, miles of new and improved sidewalks and bikeways and more.
