INDIE COUNTRY RECORDING ARTIST
WYNN WILLIAMS
SET TO RELEASE NEW SINGLE
DENVER TO DALLAS
Texan Delivers Heartfelt Conversational Ballad
Where Romance Sparks At 30,000 Feet
Due January 3, 2025
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Rising country recording artist Wynn Williams has announced the release of his newest single, "Denver To Dallas,"* a heartfelt ballad charting a new unexpected course between two strangers in mid-flight. Written by Williams alongside Grammy-nominated songwriter Jeff Hyde (Alan Jackson/George Strait/Luke Bryan) and Brice Long (Garth Brooks/George Strait/Cody Johnson/Chris Stapleton), and produced by Brandon Hood, the original tune will be available Friday, January 3, 2025 via all major digital retail and streaming platforms under the Good Company Entertainment Records imprint. (Distribution by CmdShft. Presale/Pre-Save event begins Wednesday, December 4.)

The warm resonant piano and fiddle opener paves the way for simplistic production making space wide open for Williams' endearing, easy-does-it vocal delivery. Cradled by a tender melody, the charming storyline dramatizes a cloud-nine chance encounter set against the backdrop of a nonstop flight between Denver and Dallas. Polite and casual conversation ("She said is this seat taken? I said 'no.' She settles in next to that window We broke the ice, watching it snow,") heightens to become a serendipitous connection–a romantic free fall that could ultimately become a final destination. The narrative unfolds like a Hallmark movie scene where a shared moment in time turns into a lifelong bond –"Denver to Dallas, thirty thousand feet. I started falling right there in my seat."

"The recording has an old-school classic country sound; the instrumentation and production style was intentional," said Wynn Williams. "'Denver To Dallas' is quintessential in song structure, with an introduction that leads to a conversation, and a continuation as 'the rest of the story'."

Known for his neotraditional style, Wynn Williams blends classic Texas and vintage country influences with fresh, modern storytelling. With over 13 million streams globally, Williams has become a standout in the contemporary country music scene earning recognition for his heartfelt lyrics and genuine stage presence. The new recording, "Denver To Dallas" follows the release of "A Woman Can Do That To A Man" (October 2024) which has garnered more than 44.5K Spotify Streams to date. The back-to-back singles are featured tracks on Williams' fourth recording project due in early 2025.
