Shania Twain has a new hybrid tea rose named for her, developed in partnership with German rose breeder Rosen-Tantau and U.S. grower April & Ashley. Twain says, "A portion of proceeds from each plant sold will support the Shania Twain Foundation's efforts to improve the lives of children and families in need." Find the bloom here.

Chronicle: The Gary Group co-founder Richard "Dick" Gary died April 22 at his home in Taylorsville, UT at the age of 89. After getting his start in New York radio, he and wife Elsa founded advertising and marketing agency The Gary Group in Los Angeles. Gary served on the CMA Board from 1986-2009. In 2024, he published "Just Another Dick: The Presumptuous Memoir Of A Truly Unimportant Person." A celebration of life is set for May 15 at 12:30pm at Park City Library Community Space in Park City, UT. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his name to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City. Full obituary here.
