Health Office News
Attention all 9th graders and parents:
We are conducting our annual 9th grade vision and hearing screenings this month and next. This is completed every year for all incoming 9th graders. If your student uses an aid for either vision or hearing, please ensure they come to school with these items to save them from coming to retest.
Students that do not pass the vision test will be sent home with a referral form. Please complete the appropriate section and return to the BMHS health office. An email will be sent out when tests are completed, letting parents know of the referrals that were sent home with students.
Please reach out to the health office with any additional questions. 1(970) 569-5375
