Last Chance to Complete Mandatory 2022 HIPAA Training!

If you have not completed the required HIPAA training that was due June 30, this training MUST be completed by September 15, or your NetID and network access will be suspended. This is necessary to maintain compliance with federal regulations and UT system policies and applies to all regular faculty, staff, students, postdocs, and residents. To access the UTHSC 2022 HIPAA Training, visit the HIPAA Privacy Training website and click on the HealthStream link under “Link/Instructions.”
