Picking Up and Distributing Rewards to Girl Scouts |
Rewards begin to ship to Community Product Leaders the week of May 18 and they need time to sort and pack items before troops are able to pick them up. Pro Tip: ask them if they'd like help sorting rewards!
Before picking up your troop’s items, login to Smart Cookies to print your rewards report. Go to Reports>Current> Recognition Order Summary by Troop. Use your copy to verify the counts of each item with your Community volunteer.
Once you've picked up your troop's items, follow the steps below to distribute them to each Girl Scout:

- Log into Smart Cookies and go to Reports > Current.
- Print the Recognition Order Summary by Girl report.
- Schedule a day and time for caregivers to review totals and pick up rewards.
- Have caregivers sign the report to confirm all items were received.

Cookie Credits and Juliette Program Credits |
Cookie Credits and Juliette Program Credits are issued on a physical card. An email notification will be sent to the primary caregiver between May 20–26 to alert of the mailing. The cards will be mailed to the Girl Scout’s address on file during that same timeframe.
Please share this information with families so they know to watch for both the email and the card in the mail.

The Initial Order (2026 year bar) patch will be included in the Community rewards shipment. This patch is provided to each troop that placed an initial cookie order for each girl selling. Review the Initial Order Patch Report to view your troop's total # of patches. The Cookie Crossover patch will ship directly to Girl Scouts, typically in August. Care to Share and B2B patches will be mailed to the address or contact listed on the submitted form.

The next Cookie Press email will be sent on May 21. This will officially wrap up the 2026 Cookie Program.

Rewards Shipments & Reporting Issues by June 12
|
Rewards ship the week of May 18 to the Community Product Leader listed in Smart Cookies. Shipments may arrive in multiple packages.
Once all packages arrive:
|
- Compare item counts with the packing list.
- In Smart Cookies, run the Recognition Summary by Troop report.

Initial order patches (2026 year bar) will not appear on your packing list. Refer to the Initial Order Patch Report or the print-out included in your shipment to distribute these patches.

Report missing, extra, or damaged items using the Cookie Reward Issue Form (Community volunteers only) by June 12. Reports after this date may not be fulfilled.

Schedule separate pickup times for each Troop (Signup Genius works well).
- Use boxes or bags to sort rewards.
- Clearly label rewards if organizing multiple Troops at once.
- Verify counts with Troop volunteers and have them sign the Recognition Order Summary—this saves time and trouble later.
