MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH
May is Mental Health Awareness Month! This year, the National Alliance on Mental Health Illness celebrates Mental Health Awareness Month with the More Than Enough campaign, to remind everyone that no matter what, you are worthy of More Than Enough life, love and healing. Here at UNT, your overall wellbeing is a priority.
The university has many of resources, online and on-campus, which were created with your mental health and wellbeing in mind. If you need to speak with someone, there are psychiatric and counseling services available. Call 940-565-2741 for assistance. Do you know there are massage therapy services offered at UNT as well? If your mental health would benefit from some relaxation, check them out!
