Express Advising Thursday and Friday in Kirkhof 1142 from 9 AM to 4 PM (Lunch Break at 12 PM)

Express Advising This Week

Express advising is first come first serve and offers 10-15 minute scheduling assistance for 2024/2025 classes. These sessions are for students in CHP majors or switching to a CHP major.

Express advising will be held from Monday, August 26th to Friday, August 30th from 9 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 4 PM in Kirkhof 1142.

Course Openings

Interested in Communication Sciences and Disorders?

There is still time to register for CSD 100 - INTRODUCTION TO COMMUNICATION DISORDERS. This course provides an overview of the sciences associated with communication and an introduction to how various disorders affect communication. You can also learn about two exciting professions, speech-language pathology, and audiology.

If you are interested in working in the field of communication sciences and disorders or just want to explore, this course might be a great fit for you!

Volunteer Opportunities

Mary Free Bed College Volunteer Program

Mary Free Bed’s college student volunteer program is great for undergraduate students looking to gain insight into their chosen careers and exposure to a hospital setting. This program can accommodate students interested in occupational therapy, physical therapy, and recreational therapy. They also have limited opportunities in some niche areas, including pain rehabilitation, orthopedic rehab, aquatic recreational therapy, and nursing.

Munson Medical Center Emergency Department Seeking Volunteers!

Munson Medical Center Emergency Department is looking for volunteers to greet our patients, round in the waiting room and patient rooms, and fill a variety of other roles. This is a great opportunity to volunteer a few hours of your time to get to know our community and Emergency Department, and make a difference for our patients, their loved ones, and our Emergency Department team!
