Open Enrollment Starts October 1
|
The annual Open Enrollment Period starts this Sunday, October 1. This two-week period ending October 13 gives employees an opportunity to enroll, make changes to, or cancel various insurance coverage. Visit the Enrollment website for details.

|
The 2023 UT Engagement Survey is open now until Wednesday, October 11. Employees are encouraged to respond with input that will help make our university a better place to work. Look for your personal survey link in an email from McLean & Company.

Employee Appreciation Day
|
All UTHSC employees are invited to Employee Appreciation Day, Friday, October 6, from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm, in the green space at Madison Avenue and Dudley Street. Enjoy free food, games, and live music! Registration is required – bring your UTHSC ID to the Student-Alumni Center Monday, October 2, or Tuesday, October 3, from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, to pick up your meal tickets and free T-shirt.

| Research Resource Fair TODAY!
|
After a three-year hiatus, the UTHSC Research Resource Fair is back TODAY, September 28, from 2:00 – 4:00 pm in the Madison Plaza Lobby! Stop by to visit with representatives from the UTHSC colleges, the UTHSC library, UTRF, and several research centers and institutes, and learn about the many tools and services available to researchers. There will be door prizes, refreshments, activities, and more!
