Transgenic and CRISPR Mouse Shared Resource (TCMSR)

The Moores TCMSR provides state-of-the-art services using CRISPR/Cas9 technology to generate genetically modified mouse models, such as knocked-out, knocked-in, and conditionally targeted mice. Other TCMSR services include mouse ESCs targeting, blastocyst microinjection of ESCs, the production of traditional transgenic mice via DNA pronuclear microinjection, embryo and sperm cryopreservation, in vitro fertilization, and mice rederivation from frozen embryos and sperm. Health Summit 2025 with the UC San Diego Pilipino Undergraduate Society for Health

This year's summit "Building a Healthy World Together!" took place April 4–5, 2025. COE’s Krzel Manansala-Tan was the keynote speaker, who presented COE efforts to address cancer disparities, promote health equity, and reduce community disparities.

14th Annual AMSA Free Health Fair

COE attended the fair in South Bay that featured free health screenings, educational resources, wellness activities, local organizations, and live entertainment. COE provided cancer prevention and awareness resources.
