Early Voting Begins Feb. 12
Voters may get a free photo ID for voting purposes.

March 3, 2026, is the statewide primary and the Orange County Schools Board of Education election. Early voting begins on Thursday, Feb. 12. Orange County residents can vote at any early voting site.

If you missed the voter registration deadline, you can still register and vote during the early voting period. You will need to bring proof of where you live.

Orange County also lets registered voters vote by mail if they prefer. This is called absentee voting. You can choose this instead of voting early in person or voting on Election Day.

If you plan to vote on Election Day, Tuesday, March 3, you must go to your assigned polling place. To find your polling place and see a sample ballot, use the Voter Search Tool.

Orange County Staff Support Women's Heart Health

Every woman’s heart deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated. That’s why Orange County staff participated in the national Wear Red Day® on Friday, Feb. 6, to show their support for women’s heart health. Heart health starts with simple, everyday choices:

  • Stay active, even a daily walk makes a difference
  • Choose heart-healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains
  • Take time to manage stress and get quality sleep
  • Know your numbers — blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar
  • Listen to your body and speak up about symptoms
