- Early Closure Thursday, April 10th at 5 p.m.
- We are closing at 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 10th for our annual end of year banquet to honor and celebrate our student employees. We will reopen at 5:30 a.m. on Friday, April 11th.

Member Appreciation Day is on Tuesday, April 15th: We want to thank our members and will have door prizes, giveaways, and special programming throughout the day including morning coffee, chair massages, lawn games, ziplining, and more! Check out the event page!

2025 Fitness Challenge Thursday, April 3rd 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.: Join us on Roe Stamps Fields for the 2025 Fitness Challenge. This is a FREE event with 5 different challenges: Rowing 2,000 meters, 1.5 mile run, push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. For more information, visit the event webpage!

This Friday! Our next Welcome Community Friday will be April 4th 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. sponsored by Bobo's for giveaways and tours. With a valid BuzzCard, free entry will be allowed all day to prospective members.

We've expanded weekend climbing wall hours! Friday hours are now 1-8:30 p.m. and we now have Saturday hours from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Thursday, the wall is open 4:30-9:30 p.m. Come visit us at the climbing wall!

Schedule a time with us to get a tour of our facility and insider knowledge of our programs and services. Massage Therapy: Everyone deserves to feel relaxed and take few moments to themselves. We offer 30 minute and 1 hour sessions to help you increase your physical wellness. Massage hours are Monday-Tuesday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Wednesday - Friday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. For more information, visit our massage webpage.

Healthy Hives: Housing and Residence Life has partnered with Campus Recreation to bring you Healthy Hives for students living in residence halls. This is an initiative to focus on bringing well-being into the residence halls. Check out our FREE classes here!
Grounded in Wellness (4/7 from 4-5 PM & 4/10 from 11 AM - 12 PM) at Couch Park: Connect with nature and the earth through grounding techniques and mindfulness. Enhance your well-being by practicing yoga in a outdoor, natural setting.
Wellness Stations (4/14 from 9-11 AM in GLC Activity Room, 4/15 from 6-8 PM in NAV Centennial Room, and 4/18 from 1-3 PM in GT Upper Connector): In collaboration with the Wellness Empowerment Center, students will have the opportunity to get practical advice, stress-relief activities, wellness resources, and free snacks to support their academic success during these busy times.
Sound Bath (4/23 from 12-1 PM) at GT Upper Connector: experience deep relaxation with soothing sounds from crystal bowls and gongs. Let the vibrations calm your mind and reduce stress. No meditation experience needed
Mini Chair Massages (4/24 from 4-6 PM in GT Upper Connector & 4/25 from 2-4 PM in NAV Centennial Room): students can relieve some stress during finals week with a free 5-10 minute chair massage from one of our Licensed Massage Therapists. Taking a short break to relax will allow students to return to school with better focus, improved mood, and increased productivity.
