It's Free Shipping Friday, tomorrow only, February 27, for Digital Cookie shipped orders of 8–24 packages. Remind families in your troop so their customers don’t miss this opportunity—especially those who haven’t set up their Digital Cookie account yet. A special shipping promotion email can also be sent directly through Digital Cookie.

Go to Orders > Manage Orders
- Click ALL for all transfers or Transfer to filter by specific transfers
- Click Apply Search Parameters to view results

Digital Cookie Start My Booth Sale Reminder |
New this year: Members must click on "Start My Booth Sale" in the Digital Cookie App to ensure any digital sales are credited to the correct booth:

If this step is missed, all mobile app payments will go to the Virtual Delivery divider, found under the Booths tab>My Reservations in Smart Cookies. You can use the Virtual Booth divider to credit the Girl Scouts at the booth with the sales. Do not add these sales to your Smart Booth Divider for the original booth or it will duplicate the package transfers.

What if this happens again? Keep a record of the sales credited to each Girl Scout. If additional cookies are added to Virtual Delivery, you will see a "pending distribution" notification and will need to distribute the additional sales.

Cookie Cupboard Schedule & Planned Orders |
Council On-Demand Cupboards are open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. View the Cookie Cupboard Inventory on Cookie Central for inventory information and cupboard schedule and drive-up directions for hours, dates, and locations.
Planned orders for Regional/Regional Express Cupboards are due in Smart Cookies each Monday by 7am. When making planned orders, only order what you intend to sell as these cookies cannot be returned to the baker.

Troop-Secured Cookie Booth Requests
Submit troop-secured cookie booths within 72 hours of the booth so staff can review the request. While we do our best to review submissions over the weekend, requests are not actively monitored throughout the day. For same-day additions during the week, call 800-845-0787 or email girlscouts@girlscoutsrv.org for assistance.
Cookie Booth Etiquette
To ensure every booth is a success, please remember to let the Girl Scout Promise and Law guide your actions. Girl Scouts should remain at their designated table, allowing customers to approach them while being friendly and welcoming to everyone they meet. By staying kind and respectful to all and keeping our booth space neat and tidy, we show our community what it means to be responsible for what we say and do. Remember to your troop is responsible to clean up after yourselves and bring any trash and recycles home to dispose of. Let's leave these spaces better than we found them!

Assisting Troops with Cookie Finances

Cookie money can be confusing. Assist troops by reviewing their Troop Balance Summary in Smart Cookies:

Packages Sold Per Girl Selling: The troop’s PGA
- Proceed plans: Main Plan or Opt-Out Plan (for Senior/Ambassador Troops that selected to opt-out of rewards)
- Received: All cookies transferred in and out of the troop: Initial order cookies, Cookie Share, Digital Cookie shipped cookie orders, cupboard transactions, and troop to troop transfers

Sales Amounts: The current Troop Proceeds and Council Proceeds for the packages transferred to the troop
- Finances: All ACH, Digital Cookie shipped cookie deposits, and credit card/Venmo/PayPal deposits credited to the troop
- Balance: The current balance due to River Valleys or overpayment owed to troop
|
Remind troops to deposit cookie money weekly in the troop account. The first ACH withdrawal is on March 20 for $1/package received by the troop as of March 13 minus Digital Cookie payments. Deposits should be made in the troop account by March 17. Check the ACH FAQ’s found on Cookie Central for details.

Important Details to Know

Use the online order form to request your pickup.
- Include in the comments which cupboard location and date you want to pick up from using the list above.

Orders must be fully completed and paid for over the phone by the Wednesday before your selected pickup date. Note: Orders for Mankato, Oakdale, and Rochester must be fully completed and paid for by Monday, March 2nd.

Pick up your order on or after your selected pickup date during the cupboard’s normal operating hours. Visit Cookie Central for hours and operation.

Is someone else picking up the order? Confirm with the original purchaser that it’s ready and paid for or call 8008450787 to verify before arriving at the cupboard.
