2023 Partners For Kids Provider Satisfaction Survey
Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2023 Partners For Kids Provider Satisfaction Survey. We received 122 responses, representing 15% of primary care and 16.5% of behavioral health providers and office managers. Overall, 88.4% of responses indicated that providers and staff were satisfied or highly satisfied with our services. Our team will use the feedback to enhance our current services and plan new services. Congratulations to the staff at Pediatric Associates of Lancaster, Zanesville Pediatrics, and UMCH Family Services, who won the drawing for lunch on us for completing the survey!
