Blackboard Organization Update |
You will not have access to your Clinical Onboarding Blackboard site until the Fall 2025 semester has concluded. We anticipate access being granted in late December or early January. Due to this delay, we have adjusted the deadlines and expectations for clinical site onboarding.
- December 5 - ACEMAPP Deadline
Students at a Trinity or Corewell Health site for Winter 2026 (ACEMAPP users), your clinical site onboarding (ACEMAPP) account is still due December 5th
-
If you are at a site that is not using ACEMAPP, your clinical onboarding will take place during Clinical Orientation on Tuesday, June 13, as well as during your first on-site clinical day.
Prepare to hear from your clinical faculty, who will provide any organization-specific requirements to your group as needed.
NUR 223 Clinical rotations are every other Tuesday.
NUR 225 simulation assignments will be shared closer to January; simulation will be during an assigned three-hour time block on Tuesdays, opposite of clinical.
Winter 2026 textbooks and course materials will be available for purchase through the GVSU Laker Store beginning early December.
If you have concerns or specific questions about your ability to cover the cost of books and materials, please contact the financial aid office or reach out to your academic advisor.
