In collaboration with the Jersey City Medical Center (JCMC), the NJCU Health and Wellness Center is partnering with a Women’s Health Event on Wednesday, May 29 from 4-5:30 p.m. at the Jersey City Museum located on Montgomery Street. Two women’s health providers will speak about women’s preventative care and breast health. This event is FREE and open to the public.

Please Note: The John J. Moore Athletics and Fitness Center will reopen for daily use on Tuesday, May 28. Beginning the week of June 3, the JMAC will be closed on Fridays.

WANTED FOR ONLINE STUDY: Hispanic Immigrant parents raising children aged 5-10

The NJCU Department of Psychology is seeking non-U.S. born Hispanic immigrant parents raising a child aged 5-10 to volunteer in an online parental survey of 20-30 minutes. Responses are anonymous and will help the investigators understand challenges faced by migrant families in the U.S. Results will be disseminated for peer-review and used for intervention and training programs.
