Regular self-care routines such as sleep, exercise, and relaxation can positively impact your ability to concentrate, focus, and think. Stress management through journaling, listening to music, and meditating can recharge your mind and help you feel more motivated and productive.

🐾Paws for a Break: Relax and Recharge at IUP Libraries |
IUP Libraries promotes student well-being with programs designed for self-care. One way to unwind is by visiting the Alliance of Therapy Dogs, where friendly pups help you de-stress. Therapy dog visits take place on the 📍 first floor of Stapleton Library on Tuesdays at 3:00 p.m. on April 7 and May 5 (Finals Week). Stop by, take a break, and recharge your mind and spirit!

Writing Doesn’t Have to Be Stressful |
Feeling overwhelmed by a paper or project? You don’t have to figure it out alone. Come to the Writing Center for one-on-one tutorials where you can talk through your ideas, work through a tricky draft, or just get started in a supportive, judgment-free environment. No appointment too early, no question too small. Taking care of your writing is taking care of yourself. Stop by 📍Stabley Library, Room 203, or book an appointment online. Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; Sunday, 4:00–8:00 p.m. (online only on Sundays).

It may be in your best interest to process an individual course withdrawal. Please speak with your instructor and advisor to determine if this is the best option for you. The deadline to process an individual course withdrawal is 11:59 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2026. Reach out to your Navigator if you need help with the process!

| ⚾Men’s Baseball vs. Seton Hill Doubleheader |
IUP baseball will take on Seton Hill this Sunday at 📍Dougherty Field at 1:00 and 3:30 p.m. The Crimson Hawks have won nine of their last 10 games and will look to keep the streak alive against the Griffins. Talons Up!

🏀Women’s Basketball in DII National Championship Game |
Women's Basketball has made it to the NCAA DII National Championship in a historic first for the program! Cheer on the Crimson Hawks at their game at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, at 📍Duquesne’s UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse in Pittsburgh. IUP Athletics and the IUP Co-Op are offering free fan busing and tickets to the game. Buses will depart from the Stadium Lot (outside of Eberly) at 12:30 p.m., returning to campus immediately following the game. There will be limited spots, so sign up today! For those who can’t make the journey, there will also be a free watch party on campus in Elkin Hall’s Great Room. Doors open at 2:15 p.m. RSVP via Crimson Connect. Talons Up!

Join the NAACP on Tuesday, March 31, from 4:30 until 6:00 p.m. in 📍Jane Leonard Hall, 114, for a meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend. The organization works to ensure a society in which all individuals have equal rights, free from racial discrimination, by developing a new generation of civil rights and community leaders.

Join ATOD/BACCHUS on Wednesday, April 1, from 8:00 until 11:45 p.m. in 📍Folger Student Center for a fun and relaxed evening. The event is free, and you can perform or just listen and enjoy the tunes. And don’t forget to bring your friends!

Come visit 📍Health Services on Wednesday, April 1 (no, we are not fooling you!), between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to get a free lollipop with your $10 STI (chlamydia and gonorrhea) test. Simple, quick, and easy. Results are confidential and emailed to you within 48 hours. Remember, if you are having sex, you need to test!

Join the Haven Project on Thursday, April 2, in 📍Suites on Maple East, G18, for Volunteer Training from 5:00 until 6:00 p.m. After completing the training, you will be able to volunteer on the day of Take Back the Night at the March and Speak-Out (volunteer tasks include setup, chalking, and connecting with and supporting participants). Then, stay from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. for a sign-making workshop. Can’t make the Volunteer Training, but still want to make a sign? That’s totally fine! All are invited.

This Six O’Clock Series, hosted by Student Life and the Haven Project, will take place on Monday, March 30, at 6:00 p.m. in the 📍HUB Ohio Room. The session, a safe space for male-identifying individuals to talk with each other, will include a panel discussion on masculinity, men as survivors of sexual and domestic violence, and how men can support each other. There will also be small group discussions. Free food will be provided.
