Focus on WMU is an intentional time to celebrate what God is doing through WMU in your church to reach the world with the good news of Jesus Christ.

We have new TN WMU Merch/Shirts in brighter colors that are great for spring and summer.  


  1. Tennessee WMU Est 1888 design available on a long-sleeve Comfort Colors shirt in Watermelon. The print on this will be a light pink to match the watermelon color! This shirt is $25.
  2. Lottie, Annie, Mildred & Me shirt is back as a short-sleeve Gildan Softstyle t-shirt in Sage, featuring a creamy print with some of our favorite ladies! This shirt is $20.
  3.  Our new On Mission Together short-sleeve shirt has a globe on it to remind us and others that God is at work all around the world...and we are working together to reach the world for Jesus! This shirt comes in a Gildan Softstyle t-shirt in Mint Green. This one is $20.

Week of Prayer for North American Missions
Annie Armstrong Easter Offering
Southern Baptists observe a Week of Prayer for North American Missions each year before the annual Annie Armstrong Christmas Offering® emphasis. The suggested dates for the Week of Prayer are March 1-8, 2026. Will you join your heart with others to pray for missionaries who are faithfully sharing the gospel in North America? More information and resources can be found here

Join us on the third Wednesday of each month for a Great Commission Conversation via Zoom at 11:00 am CST as we hear from international, North American, and state missionaries. 

The virtual conversation will last approximately 30-45 minutes. After the live video conference meeting, a recorded version of the meeting will be placed online for others to view.

On February 18th, 2026, we will hear from Laura Harrell, IMB director of Alumni & Parent Engagement.

Off the Grid Women's Hike
May 8-9, 2026
Join us for a two-day hike in the Great Smoky Mountains to experience beautiful scenery and good fellowship with other missions and ministry minded women. We will spend Friday night at Carson Springs Baptist Conference Center.

TN WMU Mission Team to Toronto, Canada – May 14-18, 2026
The team of up to 8 people will prayer walk, encourage missionaries,  and assist in community engagement activities.    


TN WMU Denver Mission Team – October 8-12, 2026    
The team will prayer walk, encourage church planters, and assist in community engagement activities.

  • Christian Job Corps of Tennessee walks alongside individuals and families seeking to overcome the obstacles of poverty, not just with resources, but with faith, love, and lasting change. Across 14 sites in 7 counties, 800 to 1000 individuals and their families annually have access to CJCs’ holistic, faith-based ministries. Each week, every participant—and their children—study the Bible, drawing strength and comfort from the Word of God, and gain skills for life and employment.   • The Tennessee WMU missionary house (Mary's House) and the Missions Mobilization Center house in Mount Juliet continue to be a hub of activity providing much needed rest for missionaries on stateside assignment. Recent activities have found us in need of gift cards used to stock pantry staples and other household items for missionaries. If your group would like to donate Kroger, Target, or Walmart gift cards for this ministry opportunity, please mail them to Tennessee WMU, PO Box 682789, Franklin, TN 37068.
