The SIS project team and subject matter experts (SMEs) have mapped more than 170 current state processes across all areas of the University. Although much has been done, there is still more to do! The team is now on to Round Two, mapping new and differing processes not captured in their original scope of work. These new maps and corresponding documentation will be key to a successful SIS launch in the future.
Antonio “Tony” Nava, Senior Strategic Programs Analyst for Operational Strategic Initiatives (OSI), was recently named as a 2020-21 Exemplary Staff Employee of the Year. Tony is an important member of the SIS business process analysis team, who has facilitated many of our current and ideal state process mapping sessions. We're glad to have him and his energy, enthusiasm, and ice breakers as a part of this project. Congratulations, Tony!
