We’re excited to share updates from the January Lesson Connect release! These enhancements make your experience smoother and help us deliver the best possible guest experience through Ski & Ride School in My Epic.

What’s New in Lesson Connect |

Lesson History: View past lessons and skill progress for each student (see image below).
- What history will be available?
-
Lesson Connect users will be able to see an “All Skills Overview” inclusive of all skills for all disciplines levels 1-9. In the “All Skills Overview,” you’ll be able to see every skill a student has marked in progress or completed for their history in ski school.

You’ll also be able to view a student’s 3 most recent lessons, including lesson product(s), discipline(s), and lesson reviews & skill reviews for each individual lesson.
- What will the lesson history look like?

Student ID Photo Carryover: When transferring a student, their student ID photo now moves with them and remains throughout lesson states and screens.
- Photo Management Fixes: Bugs resolved and enhancements added for easier photo tagging and captioning.

Supervisor Capabilities: Enhanced supervisor capabilities including updated filter names and the ability to filter by eROL/ missing eROL on the student Arrival List.
- Additional Improvements: 21 bug fixes and user interface enhancements for supervisors & instructors, search, navigation, and overall usability.

To ensure guests have the best experience in Ski & Ride School in My Epic, please:

Update to the latest version of Lesson Connect before your next shift. Check the Intune Company Portal application to update to the latest version. Note: you do not need to delete the current Lesson Connect version to update. For detailed instructions please visit our KBA: BYOD & Access Instructions KBA.
- Build the correct lesson in Lesson Connect.
- Add all students to your lesson at check-in.
- Start the lesson when leaving the yard.

Take at least 2 photos per student per lesson. Sending two or more photos through to Ski & Ride School in My Epic generates an update in the guest lesson experience.
- Complete the lesson in Lesson Connect at the end of the day.
- Complete skill review – mark off only skills in the current level and below.

Taking these actions makes sure the guests receive the full Ski & Ride School in My Epic Experience. Your actions in Lesson Connect generate:

In lesson updates, including lesson progress & photo notifications
- Pick-up directions and reminders, including timing and location details
- Post-lesson summary, including skill review, badges, and photo notifications
