Employee Self-Service will replace Benefit Express |
After 13 years, it’s time to say good-bye to Benefit Express. When Oracle Cloud goes live on December 29, you'll access your benefits information on Oracle’s Employee Self-Service platform. You’ll use ESS for tasks like:

Updating your personal or dependents’ information
- Viewing your current benefits
- Making benefit changes after a qualifying life event and during Annual Enrollment
|
Because the transition has begun, you can no longer log onto Benefit Express. If you have an immediate need, such as reporting a life event, call 615-259-8463 or send an email to benefits@mnps.org. We'll provide more guidance on using ESS to manage your benefits in the coming weeks.

If you plan to retire when your current fiscal year assignment is complete, submit your written Notice of Retirement by February 27, and you’ll receive a $500 early notification incentive. You may also qualify for an additional payout for unused sick days.
