AI Alchemy: Beyond Prompting Masterclass 

How would your work change if you truly partnered with AI?

In this two-part experience, Mikhael Loo, AI Integration Specialist with the University of Tennessee will share how to work with AI in a thoughtful, human-centered way. Part 1 builds your confidence by demystifying AI and helping you engage with it calmly and responsibly. Part 2 shows you how to go beyond basic prompts—using AI to think more deeply, solve problems creatively, and strengthen your judgment. 

  • Understand what AI is (and isn’t) so you can use it with confidence instead of hesitation  
  • Practice using AI as a thinking partner while maintaining your own judgment and accountability  
  • Learn practical ways to apply AI for learning, creativity, and better decision-making

Administrative Professionals Bootcamp

Are you ready to strengthen the skills that keep your office and your community running smoothly?

Registration: $265

The Administrative Professionals Bootcamp is designed for municipal administrative support staff who wish to enhance self-awareness and develop their skills in customer service, communication, and productivity.

This 12-hour program is composed of four courses: Professional Awareness, Customer Service, Confident Communication, and Productive Work Habits. Participants will also receive a DiSC work styles report. Completion of all four courses is required to receive a certificate of completion.
