Below are the Iowa Finance Authority's 2026 lender standings through June 30. At the 2026 Top Lender Luncheon, we will recognize the top third-party originator, lending institutions reaching Diamond (150 homebuyers), Platinum (100 homebuyers) and Gold (50 homebuyers) levels, as well as the top individual loan originators.
As a reminder, year-end Top Lender recognition reflects not only production, but also IFA’s review of quality program administration, compliance and partnership throughout the year.
We appreciate your ongoing commitment to helping Iowans achieve homeownership and look forward to celebrating this year's top lenders.
