Senator Pody and local officials met with TDEC to discuss waste water and septic systems in Wilson County. 

The General Assembly convened this week to begin the 2026 session, where lawmakers will debate and vote on legislation impacting communities across Tennessee. Constituents are encouraged to follow along, watch live proceedings, and stay informed as the session unfolds.

Legislators gathered in prayer ahead of the upcoming legislative session, seeking wisdom, unity, and guidance as we prepare to serve the people of Tennessee.

 

Senator Pody had the honor of hosting the Living Sent Ministries Luncheon this month, bringing community leaders together to support faith-based service and outreach in our district. We want to thank Amanda Morris and Diane Uplinger and their team at the Chick-Fil-A in Mount Juliet for donating and catering the event.  

 

 

Senator Pody had the opportunity to meet with Veronica Elders and Cathy Poole, from Nashville General Hospital, to discuss the importance of healthcare and community relationships. 

 

Dennis Ferrier from Fox 17 News interviewed Senator Pody about the changes Nashville can expect to see in predatory lending.
