If your child has any medicine in the school office, please plan on picking it up during the last week of school. Medications will be available for pickup on Thursday, May 22nd between 12-3 P.M. and Friday, May 23 between 8 A.M. - 12 P.M. If these times do not work for you, please reach out to schedule another time for pick up. Any medications that are not picked up will be disposed of.

The USDA’s Summer Food Service Program provides no-cost meals to children ages 1-18 years at approved locations across the state. To find information about summer meals sites near you, visit the SFSP Site Finder. *Please note: The Nebraska SFSP sites will be available in the Summer Meals Site Finder after the NDE approves site locations, which will be on approximately May 25, 2025.

St. Vincent de Paul School is accepting applications for part-time After School Care employees. The position follows the school calendar from August-May. Hours will be 3:00-6:00 P.M. Please contact Anna and Linda at childcare@svdpomaha.org

SVdP Cafeteria Position(s)

St. Vincent de Paul school is accepting applications for 2 positions for the 2025-26 school year. The first position has hours Monday and Friday from 10:30 to 1:45 on days school lunch is served. This position will serve student lunches and assist with dishes and kitchen clean up in between lunch periods. The second position has hours Monday through Friday 7:30 to 2:00 on all days school lunch is served. This person would assist with baking and preparing meals for the daily lunch as well as serve student lunches and assist with dishes and kitchen clean-up between lunch periods. Donation bins will be located inside the Parish Center by the Food Pantry carts. Drop-off dates are now through June 10.

DEACON DON RETIRES JULY 1

Deacon Don Clausen has informed us that he will be retiring from his position as IT Manager for our parish, effective July 1. Don has worked in this capacity for us since the early 2000s, and we are so grateful for all the ways that this ministry has impacted our parish over the years. Don has been a part of the parish since the beginning and has had many, many roles here. Deacon Don, we wish you all the best in your retirement!
