This two-module playlist explores how artificial intelligence can support equitable hiring, retention, and workforce practices across the California Community Colleges. Learn how to identify and mitigate bias throughout the pre-hiring, hiring, and post-hiring phases, apply AI tools responsibly, and use prompt engineering to advance equity-centered and inclusive workforce strategies. Aligned with the Chancellor’s Office EEO 10-Point Plan, the modules highlight practical approaches for inclusive job design, equitable evaluation, and data-informed recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to better serve all California community college students.
