LEARN MORE ABOUT TEACH FOR THE FUTURE |
KID Museum’s Teach for the Future Program is a series of workshops designed to equip Pre-K through 8th grade educators with strategies to foster engagement and emphasize transferable 21st century skills and innovative thinking.
During the sessions, educators will undertake hands-on design challenges that demonstrate the impact of using design thinking and maker activities with students in all subject areas. Through the sessions, teachers will use and strengthen a number of maker skills (e.g., coding, circuits, 3D modeling), work collaboratively, and create design experiences to transform their classrooms into the learning spaces of the future.
