Mental Health Education in the Workplace
|
The most successful organizations are those that take the time to support mental health initiatives in the workplace by offering essential education and resources. According to the World Health Organization, disorders like anxiety and depression cost the global economy approximately $1 trillion in lost productivity annually. As a complement to our comprehensive behavioral health and wellness programs, we created additional materials to help you and your employer clients tackle issues such as burnout, stress, lost productivity and how to access the right care.

The Hunger Habit: A Guide to Healthier Eating
|
Harvard Pilgrim offers innovative mindfulness programs and resources to help your employees live and work up to their potential. This summer, we’ve partnered with best-selling author and behavior change expert Dr. Jud Brewer to create a free, self-guided program that explains how to trade unhelpful habits for healthier choices — especially around food and eating.
Attendees will learn practical, relatable techniques that do not depend on willpower or calorie-counting, but instead use the brain’s built-in processes to enable healthy changes that last. These online sessions are available to members at no additional cost.
