Join us: The event will take place at Niles West High School (Main Gym), 5701 Oakton St., on Sunday, October 5, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Registration is required; space is limited.
What to expect: Provide your insights and hear from your neighbors as part of small group table discussions. Light refreshments will be provided. Public input will be gathered and shared with the Village Board this fall to help inform development of the Strategic Plan.
Another way to share your input: Take the Strategic Plan Engagement Survey, available through October 11.
What is a Strategic Plan? A strategic plan outlines a community’s vision, goals and priorities and guides decision-making and resource allocation. It helps align Village services, infrastructure and policies with community needs and future growth.
