As a member of the Wandell Leadership Fellows program, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to personal and community growth through principle-based leadership and mentorship. Morgan’s creativity and professionalism have made a significant impact, particularly through her leadership in elevating the program’s presence on social media. She unequivocally is one of the most thoughtful, genuine, kind-hearted, talented, well-spoken, and mature young professionals I have met. Morgan's passion for bettering humanity, combined with her authenticity, and tireless work ethic, make her a role model and an inspiring ambassador for the Walter Center for Strategic Leadership.

Through his dedication, Nathan has created a lasting impact on so many people within the College of Business and specifically the Walter Center for Strategic Leadership. He embodies the core values of integrity, authenticity, and humility in every action. His commitment to developing and empowering others as well as fostering a culture of respect, kindness, ambition, and determination in multiple organizations has inspired countless peers here at OU. Nathan epitomizes, in every sense, what the Walter Center 's LEAD award represents and is definitely a role model amongst his peer group. This LEAD recognition celebrates Nathan's selfless service and the profound difference he continues to make in the lives of those around him.
