We are again forming Supper Groups at St. B’s for the Fall! Supper Groups are co-ed, social gatherings composed of approximately four households that will meet 3-4 times during the fall months before rotating to new groups. We are offering three types of groups: adults meeting at homes, families meeting at homes, and adults gathering at restaurants.
Please complete this form to express your interest by September 2. Groups will be formed by mid-September to allow for a late September gathering. For questions, contact Anne & David Walker or Kathy & Tom Patten.

Fall Formation Begins Sunday, September 7 |
📖 Fall Formation classes will begin for all ages on Sunday, September 7. For adults, we will kick off the season with two fascinating class options:
Why the Mystics Still Matter Now (Part 2)
Led by Greg Voiles, this class continues the journey begun in Why the Mystics Matter Now. Together we’ll explore the lives, practices, and teachings of Christian mystics – both within and beyond the Anglican tradition – and discover how their contemplative wisdom speaks into our own time and struggles.
In the beginning...
Why do we have four Gospels, and what makes each one unique? Join Fr. Josh and Dr. Ricky Shinall as they lead us through the opening passages of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, uncovering how each Gospel shapes our understanding of Jesus and the Good News for our lives today.

The children of St. B's had a great time playing together during Sunday's parent orientation meeting. They also sang (and signed 👋) during Homily.

Children's Formation Volunteers Needed |
The Children's Formation Team is looking for caring adults to support our children and their formation. It’s a simple but meaningful way to serve our families and support our parish community. No experience necessary – we will ensure you are trained for the role you select.
We have a variety of volunteer opportunities with time commitments ranging from 20 minutes to 1 hour to reoccurring opportunities, and they don’t all take place on a Sunday.
All are welcome to volunteer (having children is not a requirement! )! Please click here to provide us with your name in an area of interest, and we will be in touch to get you connected into this amazing, life-changing experience. We would love to hear from you by August 29 so we can get you connected before our formation year starts September 7.

Prayer for the Human Family
|
O God, you made us in your own image and redeemed us through Jesus your Son: Look with compassion on the whole human family; take away the arrogance and hatred which infect our hearts; break down the walls that separate us; unite us in bonds of love; and work through our struggle and confusion to accomplish your purposes on earth; that, in your good time, all nations and races may serve you in harmony around your heavenly throne; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. |
