Changes to Direct Printing for Faculty and Staff

In 2025, we announced that changes to faculty and staff printing would be implemented at the end of this academic year as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen network security. This change will go into effect on June 16.

We recommend removing your existing printers and following the instructions below to reinstall them ahead of June 16.

We are hosting an in-person workshop on Tuesday, June 9, from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in Tutt Library, room 105 to provide more details about the changeover, Q&A, and direct help adding printers. A Teams meeting will also be available for those who would like assistance but cannot make it in person.
