Every year, the Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) puts on the Showcase of Osprey Achievements in Research and Scholarship (SOARS) conference. This conference is only open to UNF students and allows them to present their research or creative projects in an open and welcoming environment. This conference is available to graduate students and we ask that you encourage your students to participate! 

At SOARS, we will be honoring outstanding graduate student researchers with a certificate and monetary award. We are asking program directors and faculty mentors to nominate exceptional graduate student researchers for consideration! More information below.

The Graduate School is pleased to introduce a brand new award designed to recognize a master's student and a doctoral student for exemplary research and scholarship. This award is only open to graduate students who are presenting at a research week event. Winners will be specially recognized at SOARS with a certificate and a monetary award! Students may be nominated by a faculty member, or students can nominate themselves! 

NOTE: Students may not nominate other students.
