Take time to reflect on the blessings in our community |
As we enter this season of gratitude and generosity, we invite you to reflect on how you’ve been nourished – spiritually, emotionally, and communally – through the life we share at St. B’s. Our 2025 giving campaign theme, “With This Bread Shall All Be Blessed,” reminds us of God’s ever-open table overflowing with love. We hope you will consider what nourishes you most here and make your financial promise for the year ahead – either by returning your giving card or doing so online. You can also take our fun “What Ingredient Are You?” quiz to celebrate the vital role you play in this community. Thank you for supporting the ministries, hospitality, and care that help Christ’s love overflow – so that, indeed, with this Bread shall all be blessed.

Youth Friendsgiving is November 23 |
🍗 Bring your favorite food to share with friends! You’re probably thinking, does it have to be Thanksgiving food? Nope, bring whatever your favorite food is! Think of chips and salsa, pumpkin-flavored ice cream, or apples cut into batman shapes.
Alysha will bring the main course of dino chicken nuggets. We’ll spend our formation hour (10:00 a.m.) feasting, playing bingo, and doing an activity to count our blessings.

| Gatherings throughout November |
Parents of St. B’s children are invited to attend a Director and Parent Gathering in November – an opportunity to connect, share, and support one another in the sacred work of nurturing children in faith and love. Gatherings will be held in small groups based on each child’s Atrium level, offering space to build community and grow together.
This week, Level II Atrium Parents (ages 6–9) are invited to meet with Suzanne at 12:00 p.m. in the Bride's Room
Nursery staff will remain on-site, and families are encouraged to help supervise children on the playground when attending a gathering on a different date. Volunteers are appreciated – please contact Suzanne if you are interested in helping.

A Prayer for those Rebuilding
|
Compassionate God, source of all comfort, we pray for the people whose lives have been devastated this hurricane season. Bring them comfort, we pray. Protect the vulnerable. Strengthen the weak. Keep at bay the spread of disease. Have mercy on all those working to rebuild.
And may our response to their suffering be generous and bring you praise. We ask this in Jesus’ name. |
